Activity
# 10
- To discuss the range of possible questions for the project report - To
stimulate student options for the report, and possibilities beyond those
mentioned in this activity
Teacher outlines some of the possible question areas available to the students: - What more can I know about a single planet? What about its geography, atmosphere, and composition? Its moons? Its orbit? Models can be made. - What is the situation with space travel? How do we do it, what are its limits? Where do we go next? Which countries are involved? What is the "Space Race"? - Are there other planets? Other solar systems? What have we discovered so far? - Is space exploration worth the cost? What else demands the money? (see optional activities 7 and 16) - What else would I like to know? |
- Probable handouts - Flip charts or presentation software for teacher use |
